My daughter has a Samsung fridge Model RF22M9581SR/AC purchased in 2017. This weekend she noticed freezer wasn't cold and frig compartment was also warm. She did some searching and decided to remove rear section and look/photo. She has vacuumed the coils, but said they weren't that dirty. She noticed some greenish -yellow liquid on the bottom pan. Anyone have suggestions on solving this. New fridge is last choice.
Here are some photos.

Unfortunately I .have had piss poor luck with refer repairs. I have the equipment and the talent to find the leaks, which is what most are. Cant keep the freon inside the system.
I had one that was less than 10 years old that I worked on for over a week. When to the store and they delivered and removed the old one.

Parts are small, hard to get to and the amount of freon is so small. You might go looking for a Samsung web page that will talk about common problems with your machine. Then decide if you want to spend the $200-400 it will take to fix this one.

Refrigerant leak, the green stuff is the refrigerant oil.

May or may not be repairable. Does she have an extended warrantee?
