RX Lock replacements

This may sound odd but I am a certified locksmith and have a job to replace some US Lock RX high security locks only I can't figure out how to get the old locks off to replace them. They're 1" mortice locks on a store front. With a brass push plate on the inside of the door. Can anyone help?
