I replace the thermostat, not the pre exhaust fan will come on but the heat won't. I there a reset button somewhere or any other suggestions?

I have replace the thermostat, now the preexhaust fan comes on, but the heater doesn't. Is there a reset button or any other suggestions? Thank you in advance.
