I have a RUDD Silhouette 2 and it will not heat the house to set temperature. I can not figure what is going on. It will start and run and then shut off if I turn the furnace on and off.

Does it have s viewing window in one of the doors that has some red and yellow LEDS?

They give you a error code if it fails. The code is usually in fine print on the edge of the wiring diagram on the back of the blower door.

If you have not done it start by cleaning the flame sensor which sits in front of one of the burners. Use CLEAN steel wool or #800 emory paper or call a Pro as they can be difficult to do on Rheems.

Sounds like It's going off on one of the limit switches. Check filter make sure it's clean, could be a air flow problem.
