12-18" for bath sink with full vanity (if you won't see the plumbing; other vanities/pedestals might do better with higher supplies). Usually you'd match the hight of the supplies to the height of the drain rough ins.Can someone tell me how high off the floor they usually plunb their water suppy lines for both a kitchen sink and a bathroom sink.
In one of my baths I have the supply and waste pipes roughed in from the floor, so I guess 0-24" could be an answer as well..
20" is a little higher than avg. for bath, I think, but if 20" works with your cabinetry and sink depth it's not a problem.I was roughing in my drains at 20" off the floor for my bath sink and 14" off the floor for my kitchen sink, do you agree with that also?
I've heard that 18" is the standard for kitchen sinks. 12-14" is good for a deeper sink w/garbage disposal. The extra clearance couldn't hurt even if you're not planning for deep sink/disposal now.
Code in your area might be more specific (???).
