As you can see, the board beneath the door threshold is rotten. Its not weak, not at all, but it is rotten and i assume it needs replaced. I know this will make me sound like a complete newbie, but ive never done this before and i want to make sure its right before i screw up.
How do i go about getting this board off of the joists? The house has 2x6 joists and this particular bit of board is sitting on top of the door piers. I know you cant see the piers in this picture but they are there now. Do i need to remove the piers first, then wiggle it free with a crowbar or is there another method?
Please help me before i end up breaking something!

Just my thoughts on that photo, and let me add that I also live in a mobile home and have for my self rebuilt and while living in them sold 3 and in my 4th now, also owned 2 houses and sold them also.

First thing, that is not normal for the threshold to rot out like that, is a leak somewhere that is causing the damage.
I have seen your other post on this rebuild, and say nice job!
I would open up the walls on the interior around that door. Is a water leak going on that is running down the walls and showing on the threshold,
You should see a clue of where the water is coming from, and follow it back to the source and fix it.
Just looking at the photo, there is more rot then what you see. looks like some patches to left side of door, I wonder what those are about and if they are not the cause of the problem?
But you really need to open that wall and find the issue.
Now seems like a good time.
