I bought this house that has a root cellar/bunker in the backyard from 1961. I want to renovate it and make it a true man cave. The walls are cinderblock. The ceiling is tongue and groove board and above that concrete. The wood is rotted in some places and has mold all over. I want to get rid of it but I don’t know if it is structural. I’ll try to post some pics. The room is 12x12x8.
