Hire an engineer and a contractor.

Completely tear off the roof area to be modified and build it all new. There is too much structural modifications needed to simply convert it in place. Look up hip roof framing and you'll see there is alot involved. If you're new to the construction scene, this is a job that should be left to a licensed contractor.

It cannot be done so easily. for this you need expert roofer that can modify a gable roof to a hip roof. Try to search an expert roofer near by you.
