Very experienced DIY homeowner without re-roofing experience in SF Bay Area (Lafayette) looking for an experienced roof consultant to help guide a new laminated asphalt shingle installation and one-layer tear-off on my home. 6/12 pitch, approximately 60 squares, drip edges, 7-1/4" facia gutters, one chimney reflashing. I buy the materials and provide the labor. You provide the experience so I don't mess it up. Know good roofers in this area who might want to work with this type of arrangement?
