I have a rolled roof that is on an addition that is connected to the rest of the house which is shingled. I became separated and is leaking. How do I repair it???

That is one of the most common areas of roof leaks. Where one roof ties into another roof or roof system.

If you find evidence of shingle problems. Curled-back shingles can be attached with mineral pitch roof cement or compound in tubes for use with a caulking gun. In warm weather, you can easily straighten out the curled shingle. In cold weather, shingles become very brittle and must be softened before they can be flattened out.
