What is the proper way to exit run wires from the subpanel, which is surface mounted over an OSB covered garage wall, and into the stud cavity behing the OSB. The drywall on the other side is pinned with screws, so it will be very easy to expose and drill across studs.

And while I am asking, are there any considerations about running ROMEX inside wall corners?

I talked to the inspector and he said just take it out as usual and fold/run it into a hole close to the panel.
