Had some high winds over the last few days and yesterday I noticed the rolled roofing on the neighbors carport had come loose. It doesn't appear that the roofing was secured to the plywood but just around the edge and to the drip edge material. Should rolled roofing be hot mopped or secured some other way to the ply?

Anyway, I am watching the house for several months until the neighbors get back and have let them know. They told me that the roof was completely replaced sometime in 2010 so if by chance it's under warranty and they have the same company come back out to repair it I'd like to make sure they do it correctly.

Appears to be roll out (mod bit) or EPDM. May have not been fully adhered if it was EPDM. Many companies would have a labor warranty but this does not cover storm damage in many cases if they rise to a certain level.
