My heavy TV fell on my chair and ripped several of the rattan threads. Here's a pic

What's the best way to repair this? Is there some kind of rattan / wood glue that suitable for this kind of repair or can super glue get the job done? Thanks for your help in advance.

Gel type superglue should work, less visable, wood glue, definitely but takes a while to dry.

take the chair to a repair shop and have it redone, or replace it yourself. no glue will hold and/or look good.
