Hello,

Need to relight the pilot and cannot get the pilot button back to the home position. Any ideas.

I have Googled, pressed pulled twisted. Cannot get the knob to off or pilot. Lost!!!

Contact rheem for support. Your gas control valve may be faulty. If less than 3 years old it may be covered. Contact rheem for a replacement. excellent company.
