i have a reznor tcore3 in my hot yoga studio. installed 2002, been blazing since then.

lately, when it gets to around 90 degrees, it gets stuck in the cooling cycle. there's a call for heater, the burner lights, burns for about a minute, then turns off and the blower turns on. it runs for a while and starts all over again.

in the last few weeks, i've replaced the relay and the high-limit switch (which we thought might be getting stuck on) and improved the air intake.

this heater is the core of my business, help!

My guess would have also been the limit. Not to sound too much like your dad or anything but if this is the core of your business why have you not called a repair man for weeks?

thanks for your fatherly concern. i have had my hvac guy in 4 times in the last 3 weeks and he is completely confounded.

in my post, i said I replaced the limit switch already and the pressure switch and flame sensor. we also cleaned the burner.

when it codes, it is coding for the pressure sensor stuck open and then later in the process (10 min?) of the cooling cycle for the high limit switch. the weird part is that the limit doesn't cool in a few minutes like usual and kick the burner back on, it keeps blowing cold and cycling the burner off after 6o seconds or so.
