That is not usually to difficult---in a nut shell--cut and cap the house drain and then route a 1 1/2" pipe from the pump to the outside of your house--

Many more details will be needed to give you directions:

Do you have a drywalled ceiling in the basement?
How far from the pump to your proposed exit point?
Frame construction or brick/masonry?

Once the pipe exits the house--
Is there natural pitch in the yard to carry the water away from the foundation?
Do you need to worry about freezing ?
Any finished areas like patio or side walk?
