Please help me on this.
I am trying to purchase a dental office that was plumbed. However in the last couple of years it was closed and the office was occupied by another business who closed of the pipes/hose and put a new floor.
Now since I Want to start a dental office I was told that it is better to replace the pipes. Its a 800SF office.Approximately how much does it cost to check and plumbing and redo it if necessary.
Any information is valuable.

It's a commercial building, need a real local licensed plumber to be on site to give some prices.
We have no idea what's involved, no location, no pictures, no idea even what type plumbing your talking about.
Supply's, drains, what material?
