need much more info than what you gave. for instance how much demolition will the plumber need to make? Who is responsible for hauling the thrash to the landfill? Any concrete busting? Any outside digging to relocate sewer and water lines. What type water and waste pipe are you going to use? Is there any gas piping to do? What type of fixtures are you putting back in. how much relocating of fixtures is there going to be? How many fixtures are you adding if any. How much are permits in your area if any are needed? Answer these questions and we might be able to help you.

Area prices differ greatly also. What may cost $5000 in Sleepy Hollow might cost $15,000 some were else.
