I'm fixing up a fraternity and I think the seal between one of the toilets and the closet bend is bad. They are the commercial flushometer type toilets. Do these toilets use the same wax seal as the normal tank toilets? Also, how do I line the toilet up correctly -- I have to keep in mind that the top of the stem of the toilet still needs to screw in to the wall-- will I have enough margin for error to do this correctly?

Does anyone know of a good online video that shows a commercial flushometer toilet being installed/ having floor seal replaced?

Floor mounted toilets use wax rings---wall mounted ones use a foam gasket---
Perma-Tex or Forma Gasket is user to ensure a seal.
