I have an older house (about 60 years old), and the parging around the foundation is starting to come away and fall off.
It looks like the concrete underneath is still more or less sound.
Any recommended prepping needed before sticking a new layer of parging on? Or just clear away all the old stuff and loose concrete and plaster away?
Plus any tricks on application would be appreciated too.
