Replacing Light Switch

My first (and undoubtedly not last!) visit to this forum. I'm replacing a standard light switch with a Lutron 2-way switch and remote. As far as I know it is only a 2-way switch but I'm seeing 3 wires (1 red, 2 black) plus a ground. Any ideas what I should do with the additional black wire (not sure how to add a picture).

See below go advanced, manage attachments, and jump a few more hoops for the pictures.
Thanks!. I hope this did it

Look at the black wire farthest from the red wire. Is it on a black screw?

Look at the black wire nearer the red wire. Is it really close, like right next to the red-wire screw?
Here's a better picture which I hope answers your question

The black and red wire on the left need to be connected together and treated as one. The switch is doing that for you now. The right black wire is your second connection.
