Hi. I have a light fixture on my deck that can be turned on/off using a switch located inside as you walk out the sliding door.

I want to replace that light with string lights so that I can easily turn off the string light.

Any ideas on how I can make the connection? I dont want to wire a new outlet and I dont want solar lights.
