Replacing Brick Window Sills

Hi everyone, first post. I'd like to know how to remove and replace the brick sills on my home. About seven because they are broken and chipped. Want to replace with what looks like concrete or stone sills very common. My problem is i've never done anything like this so any help would be appreciated.

yeah chemist, I had 2 windows done the same way 2 years ago they look great . the rest of my windows are still brick sill.I lost the number of the guy who did my sills so I think I'll try it myself. If I can get some help on how to do it.
