Can someone help me find the type of bulb to replace this one? The confusing this is the plastic casing below the bulb... I think there are a ton of bulbs but none that come with that big casing that seems to plug into the light fixture on my bathroom mirror.

I can't remove the bulb from the casing (or I could try at the risk of breaking the bulb). I feel the white plastic component comes with the bulb, but literally nothing even close to what I have here!

Can't believe they managed to find such a specialized product, seems stupid.

Your's is probably a Halogen bulb, one source had $6.22/ea for LED replacements.

EBay has them for $1/ea...but they are shipped from China or Hong Kong.
