Replace wheels on Older Patio sliding Glass Door

I have sliding glass patio doors from the mid 1980s and the wheels are shot. I have removed the door however the wheel assembly appears to not be removable. To replace with new doors is not an option. Can someone please explain how I can repair them? Thank you.
