In a couple of weeks i will be visiting my daughter in Dallas.She has two bath's which tub's have a single handle faucet.When is turned to the cold side you get water flowing,but you turn it to the hot side and nothing comes out.The last time i went i tried to replace one of the cartridge,i think that is what is wrong???.I couldnt pulled it out .Is there a puller you can buy ,and how is the right procedure to get it out and put it back,its a Moen

If it is a moen then yes they make a special puller. If the cartridge is the old brass style it can still be a bear. I have pulled the center of the cartridge out then used an easy out. still not easy though, even though i have done it many times its not easy if its stuck.

You should also know that Moen has a lifetime warranty on parts and fixtures on any device manufactured since I think 1985. If you can ascertain a model number and call their customer service number you should be able to get a new cartridge and maybe some help with the puller. Their customer service number is 1-800-289-6636
