I'd pack it with mortar first.
Repairing Exterior Concrete Foundation Between Garage Doors
I'm planning on parging the exterior foundation of our house and I'm starting with the small concrete walls (see pic) between our garage doors.
After cleaning everything and removing any loose concrete etc.. do I need to use cement first to rebuild these sections and then finish with parging cement over that for a nice smooth finish?
If so, what type of cement should I use for the base?
Any info or tips (such as doing the corners) would be greatly appreciated!
