I have an exterior porch with a Polgal sunroof that I removed and plan to keep off. The rafters under the Polygal are load bearing and have some sun damage and minimal rot in a couple pockets.

When I say sun damage, they just look older than the rafters that were not under the Polygal, but i think they are structurally fine.

Should I sister wood to the areas with rot ( once I remove those areas ), or use an ePoxy in the rot, or any other suggestions.

The Sun will bleach them out, but if weather is allowed up there, same as insects, you are going to have to check those areas. You will need to brace the Porch roof, before you start to do anything.
