I have a found that I have root intrusion thru a 2-3 " hole into a 4 inch cast pipe located aprox 16" down on the side of the toilet sewer pipe. What is the best fix when the foundation is concrete? There is also radiant heat tubes in the floor so jackhammering down to the problem is not very feasible.
Is there great fix out there for this cast iron? I was thinking of a special thin wall sleeve to slide down and beyond the hole to cover the leak as well keep roots out? It would then terminate on top of the existing closet flange.
