I know this topic has been covered, but I tried the search function and it didn't lead me to exactly what I wanted.

My home is now almost 9 years old and needs a paint job. It's a block/stucco house in Florida and I'll be repainting with the same colors. I have some small cracks in the stucco that need to be filled and will be pressure washing prior to painting it.

So my questions are:

1. what is a decent product to fill the small cracks? Concrete patch? Caulk?

2. If I am using a paint+primer like Behr or Valspar do I need to seal anything?

3. If so what do you use to seal and how do you apply?

4. Should I use rollers, or pads? Or is it worth getting a sprayer like a wagner?

5. I assume you do the trim (white) last right?

Thanks for any help.
