I reprinted my ceiling with a flat ceiling paint but a few spots from water or soda?? Was not covered up so I applied bullseye123over those areas then put another oat of ceiling paint on it and now those areas are shinny...any suggestions would be appreciated

Update, I applied a second coat and all is good now.

Anytime you use a stain blocking primer you will get those shiny spots. Most of the time the spots are just taking longer to dry and cure, but they do go away. Sometimes they DON'T go away. Well, anyway, I see you solved your problem.......well done.
