Like Pat said, it depends. Some will and some won’t. Some will take your conceptual sketches and create construction drawings. In my opinion the scope of work is a big determining factor as is your skill set. A simple job, sure. A complex or extensive job, can you create construction documents with plans, sections, details, and specs containing descriptions of construction elements? Are you a truck driver, a history teacher or a licensed professional engineer?
