I'm removing the old wood lap siding and foam sheathing and replacing it with osb, tyvek then vinyl siding. Any issues with moisture or anything with that setup?

If you live in Oregon or Washington West of the Cascades there would be.

Where are you located?
Your plan should be fine.

Just remember the most important part to any siding job (in your case vinyl) is the prep work. If you can stand back after you install your Tyvek, flashings, tape, J, corners, accessories, etc. and be confident that no amount of wind driven rain will make it to the osb then your probably good to go. The vinyl siding is just the icing on the cake.
