Get a 3 gang plate for 2 toggle switches and a receptacle. Replace the dead switch with a receptacle. Very handy for plugging in the vacuum cleaner.
But they look like crapLowes and HD both have a moduler system where you can make up almost and configuration. The pieces just snap together.

I found one of these at Home Depot for a lot less than the Amazon price. We had a similar setup where third switch was for a second outdoor light that was removed.The blank adapter for a toggle switch does exist, but you probably won't find it locally unless it is an electrical supply house. Online, even Amazon has them.
