Attached are photos with red lines of what I want to do.
The area in question is a 28’ x 20’ room that includes living area, dining room, and kitchen. The entire footprint has scissor truss construction that spans the 28’. The kitchen was partitioned off with two points of entry. I have several Ideas roaming around my head as what to do to “open the space up.
1. Remove both walls(A &B in photo) all the way up to the scissor truss framing, making a partial cathedral kitchen( a portion of the kitchen extends beyond the scissor truss in to the flat truss about 5 feet). Would the corner post need to remain for support. Would the hallway wall need to be extended to the same plane as wall “C” for support?
2. Remove both walls only to the height of the 8’ kitchen ceiling.
3. Or create another 7’ walk through with header in wall “A”, demo the knee wall on wall ”B”, leaving the corner post in place.
These are in the order of preference. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Humm, I don't see where I can upload images from my computer???
