Removing Corian counter without destroying it

I need to replace an undermount sink. The counter is corian. I would like to remove the counter, replace the sink and then replace the counter top. Is it possible to remove the counter top without destroying it?

why not just remove the sink from under the counter, that should be easier then pulling a counter top, and less likly to break the counter
