I am trying to finsih the basement stairs in my house, there was concrete was splashed during the pouring of the basement floor, I removed the concrete and have sanded with different grits, but you can still see patches where the concrete was.
Does any have any suggestion on how to remove dried cement from untreated wood strairs. Would using muriatic acid work dissolve the concrete residue?
