I just framed the large mirror in my bathroom and now the medicine cabinet looks shabby. I want to put a small frame on the mirror with two-sided tape or glue. I found a fillet frame about 1/2" wide and flat on the back.. I would like to pry the edging off the mirror first, but I don't know if holds the mirror onto the backboard.
Is this a possiblity?

You will crack your mirror by doing this.

Take the door assembly to a good glass shop.

It all depends on HOW the current edging is put on.
Some are easier to undo that others.

You see I'm a newbie, right? I just figured how to get the pictures on here. It is just one of the basic builders medicine cabinet.

The edges look like they can be pryed off. Doesn't look like silicone underneath, but there could be glue.
