does "redoing" mean. Your description is very limited.

Kind of hard to come up with a price without a scope of work, but i'm sure you know that.

To me doesn't sound like the kind of job most people would charge by the square foot, I wouldn't price a reno by the square foot. Certain aspects of it maybe but not the whole thing. Too many variables.

You are a bit over your head here.

1.Not all screen porches are the same.

2.Redoing? That could be anything from demolition and rebuild to a lick of paint.

3. Location has a lot to do with cost---Manhattan N.Y will cost a lot more than Manhattan Kansas.

I just did one last week--9 openings--replace cedar trim all around--replaced screen--

About 165 on materials and 5 hours labor---plus 2 hours to stain--

Never charge any thing by the foot---the customer might recheck your measurements and deduct the difference. Always by the job--with scope of work spelled out--along with thinks that are not.
Trash disposal--paint--things a person might assume are included.

yeah I never price anything by the foot, always by an estimation of man hours needed. Just too many variables, you can get a place that is a simple square layout that you can pull right up out front, or a place with a lot of corners to drywall and trim, and the only way up is 3 stories of stairs, nearest parking 2 blocks away.
