Hi, we are remodeling our kitchen and we need to install a cabinet that is going to cover the 12X4 register that is on the floor. I am trying to find a way for bring the register to the cabinet kick toe, any advise?

Sheet metal duct to not have air just blow under the cabinet. You will have to get a "toe kick" register. Personally, I would relocate the register & duct some place else, than have it come out under the cabinet.
