No reason to replace stuff that new unless it's the wrong size - parts should still be under warranty if registered.

You just need to call someone competent to find and fix the refrigerant leak and deal with the furnace.

(couldn't get our 1200ft² below 72°)
This may be unrealistic and most people don't need it under 72 if the humidity is properly controlled. 72 should feel freezing compared to outside.

Stuff is usually sized for 75 in extremes.

Possible there's a issue that wasn't addressed like a metering device under-feeding and adding refrigerant just masked it.

I had on where every year it was low on refrigerant every year. The guy who put it in soldered connections instead of brazing them. A good mechanic took everything apart, brazed it together, and it never failed again. If fact, the AC still worked when the furnace had problems so we scrapped everything and started over.

Too many problems for such a young unit.
It's your call. New units are pricey, their quality is not always supreme, repairs are not exactly cheap, Extended Home Appliance Warranty is a scam - so what do you do?
One option is to find a competent, reliable, honest tech, by word of mouth.
Again, it's your call.
I deal with A/C cooling and heating break downs every change of season in my rental homes. The latest was earlier this week with a Nordyne circuit board. That's life and A/C is a necessity.
Let us know what you did.

no, it's nuts to replace rather than repair a 6 year old system, you just need a good repair technician who can fix refrigerant leaks.

normal life is 15 to 20 years.

I fail to see how a bad blower can cause condensation issues.

Get a second opinion.

Repair prices can get inflated to push replacement.
