Hey guys/gals,
I have been investing in Real Estate for over 20 years. As a landlord I had to learn how to make minor repairs to avoid otherwise expensive ones. What started as small repairs had become a hobby. 20 years later I have accumulated many tools and completed major projects including framing and drywall, plumbing, electrical, professional grade finishing and landscaping. My personal property was a fixer upper, so we’re continuously adding projects.
I recently started a page sharing many of my videos, check it out, maybe you find it helpful: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3SFmkRS58Cm7YP0IUKguhA
I am excited to have joined this chat room to share my ideas, learn new ones and discuss projects with like-minded people.

Nice to meet you! Maybe tell us where you are, so we can focus any advice we give.

And, don't be afraid to do a little teaching yourself.
Investing is always a risk, so it is important to carefully analyze the investment area. Real estate is considered a reliable field because the risks are really small. But on this site 13 Ominous Signs of a Housing Market Crash (May 2022) | Tim Thomas, you can learn about the signs that foreshadow the crisis of the real estate market. Now we are in a very difficult situation. There is a great chance of a world crisis, which will hurt absolutely all markets. The real estate market is no exception.
Now is not the best time for this. Historically, it is believed that real estate is one of the most reliable assets, which, plus or minus, always increases in price.
