Re-routing Kitchen sink drain + vent question

Hi all,

I am re-routing our kitchen sink drain and vent and need to ask what I have in mind will work and be legit.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Go under the floor, up beside the window, Tee over to the sink location. Continue the vertical stack through the roof as a vent. Similar to the origanal.
Won't work. You need the vent relocated too. Abandon the existing stack- relocate it to the right side of the other window. Arm the tee over to the new sink location

Is it beacause the vent pipe air flow need to be higher than the drain ? Just trying to understand why it wont work :)
Without going into venting theory/practices --yes. Imagine a gas can without the breather open. This is how I would pipe it.
I don't know if you have a basement or a crawl. Under the floor horizontal piping should have long sweep 90's or double 45's when making a 90* turn
