Re-routing Kitchen sink drain + vent question

Hi all,

I am re-routing our kitchen sink drain and vent and need to ask what I have in mind will work and be legit.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Loop around and use the existing vent. make sure you have a clean out under that sink or if the back is an exterior wall put the clean out facing outward.
