Hi there, I installed a new WC on the weekend on a tiled / concrete floor. Now installed the WC still rocks a little. If I were to remove the pan etc, do I need to cement it in or can I use a circle of sealant to bed it on? Thanks for listening.

Pull the toilet again---temporarily set in place without the wax ring---use toilet wedges to get it level--

Lift toilet off and reset with a new wax ring----trim wedges---caulk in the wedges so they stay put--done--

Is the toilet flange screwed to the floor? If it is and it's just the toilet rocking on an unlevel floor, shimming(plastic) as Mike suggests should do the trick.
