Rapid set mortar drilling for fasteners

Rapid set mortar will be set hard enough to be driven on in an hour.

Does it still take the conventional 28 days to cure like "normal" concrete?

I have patched a section of an exterior concrete wall with it, about 4"X4" in size and 3" deep.

How long should I wait before I drill 3/16" holes on it for a few Tapcon screws to hold up an electrical box for a wall sconce?
