Radiant Floor For Tile?

I am looking for a recommendation for a radiant floor system for my 5x8 bathroom of which 5x5 has a tile floor. Its over a crawl space and will have a 4" HVAC duct coming out the bottom of the vanity. The bath is over a crawl space so I want to use a radiant heat system. Can anyone recommend a good system? I see some that come in a pre-formed grid and others where you place the wire yourself. Are both just as good? My bathroom is a 5x5 square except for the toilet cutout.

Could you recommend a style and brand? Thanks.
