I know radiant barrier really help to reduce heat gain into our home when install under roof or in the attic by reflect heat especially in hot weather country like Malaysia. Noted some technical spec require material to pass test for Wet delamination, Folding endurance & shrinkage less than 5% (some mention 0.5%). Why this is required when we install in dry condition and left in dry condition? Any effect on folding endurance & shrinkage to the performance? Noted also most brand in market not mention folding endurance & shrinkage performance. Is it really important aspect for the choice of material. Thanks for the member input.
