I'm no flooring expert so I am confused.
The cork(?) is glued to the cement and the wood is glued to the cork? Just floating?

Question about flooring
I installed wooden plank flooring 3/4, 47.5x 6 5/8 on top of glued to cement corck and at some places the floor is moving up and down, does that go away within time as people keep walking on it?
