Query regarding interior map bulb

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know what's the type of these bulb sockets (Pics attached) and how to remove the bulbs from the sockets?
I tried pulling it out, but it's not budging at all, and I'm scared to break the glass if I apply too much force. Can someone please help?

Maybe try pushing down into the socket lightly, then twisting to release any detents. Then it might just pull out.

Just a guess but the little nub at the base of the bulb makes me think that the bulb needs to be twisted in the holder until that nub moves to the side where you can then pull it out. Hope that made sense. What kind of vehicle is this?

I'm gonna try it now. It's a Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.4L 2007 model.

Thank you for the help, guys... I got them out smoothly by pressing and twisting, then pull out nicely...
Replaced them with nice and bright LEDs
